We believe the entire Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God and that men were moved by the Spirit of God to write the very words of Scripture. The Bible has God for its author, salvation for its end, and truth, without any mixture of error for its matter. Therefore, all Scripture is totally true and trustworthy and is our authority in faith and practice.
We believe in the one true and living God who exists eternally in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each person of the Trinity is fully and completely God, with distinct attributes, but without division of nature, essence, or being.
We believe that mankind was created in the image of God to have a relationship with Him but became alienated in that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, man is incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through his own effort.
We believe that salvation is the greatest need of all people. Salvation is only possible through the shed blood of Jesus Christ that He willingly offered as the only perfect sacrifice and substitutionary atonement for sin. Salvation is freely offered to all but is only received when one surrenders their life to Christ through repentance and faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus as the only sufficient payment for sin.
We believe evangelism and missions are our ultimate priority in fulfilling our ultimate purpose of bringing glory to God. Jesus came to “seek and save that which was lost” and following His commission we are to “go and make disciples.” This is the privilege and responsibility of every believer locally, nationally, and internationally.
